Riot dev Jeff Jew has confirmed that a new Teemo skin is in the works. With the proximity to Haloween, it would be a safe bet to say that this new skin is one of the haloween ones coming up. It's about time Riot got back to making Teemo skins!
Other skins have not been announced, but that has not stopped the speculation. Fiddlesticks is a good bet to get a new skins as he/she/it is already a scary character. Perhaps we'll see a Candlejack skin? Maybe a pupkin head skin? We'll just have to wait and see.
I could imagine other champions like Galio and Morgana getting new haloween-themed skins. I'm doubting Ezreal is one of the new batch considering he just got one and he has a bunch already.
